Registration open for Free MITICA Courses for MSMEs

The free Italian-language courses of the MITICA Interreg Italy–Switzerland project for MSMEs are about to begin. Registration is open and places are still available.
The training programmes are delivered in a blended format and are designed for entrepreneurs, managers, professionals, and employees who aim to enhance the strategic, digital, and organisational capabilities of their businesses.

Practical Artificial Intelligence: 
From Idea to Project A programme designed to understand how to introduce AI into business processes by assessing opportunities, data, risks, and use cases, leading up to the design of a first pilot project.

Driving Growth: Strategic Planning and Management Control:
A hands-on course to strengthen strategic vision, build a business model, and define KPIs and management control tools.
