MITICA: final months to access free training for MSMEs

Technical, organisational and digital training to strengthen business competitiveness.

Fondazione Agire, as coordinator of the MITICA – Innovative Models for the Transfer of Advanced Skills to Businesses project, part of the Interreg Italy–Switzerland programme, invites micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the region to take advantage of the final months available to participate in fully funded training programmes.

A total of 13 courses have been developed within the project, based on companies’ needs and designed to strengthen both managerial and technical skills.

The training offer ranges from Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, data management, logistics and supply chain to leadership, management control, B2B marketing and change management. The programme is completed by a number of technical courses specifically designed for the manufacturing sector.

The courses are delivered in a blended format, combining online activities, webinars with instructors and in-person sessions, making it easier for companies to participate and apply the skills acquired in practice.

With the project scheduled to conclude in December 2026, these final months represent a concrete opportunity to access the remaining training activities.

How to participate

Registration is open, places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The courses are open to MSMEs registered with the Ticino Commercial Register.
