MITICA 2026 Catalogue: Free Training for Entrepreneurs and SMEs

Fondazione Agire, in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano and the partners of the Interreg Italy–Switzerland project MITICA – Innovative Models for Transferring Advanced Skills to Enterprises, is pleased to present the new MITICA 2026 Course Catalogue.

The MITICA project was created with the goal of strengthening the competitiveness of micro and small enterprises (SMEs) in the cross-border area through innovative training programmes focused on developing advanced technical and managerial skills.

Coordinated by the Lecco Campus – Politecnico di Milano and Fondazione Agire, MITICA involves the collaboration of Confartigianato Imprese Lecco, Confartigianato Lombardia, Fondazione Politecnico di Milano, AITI – Associazione Industrie Ticinesi, and ATED – Associazione Ticinese Evoluzione Digitale.

The catalogue includes 13 free training courses aimed at entrepreneurs, employees, and new hires, combining online modules with in-person workshops.
The courses cover a wide range of topics, from business process digitalisation to strategic leadership, including automation, artificial intelligence, digital resilience, and technical skills for the manufacturing sector.

The courses will be available starting in 2026 on the MITICA e-learning platform (www.mitica-interreg.org), adopting a blended methodology that combines flexibility with experiential learning.
