Is your digital/ICT innovation patentable?
It is common knowledge that software, understood as programming code, is not patentable. For this reason, there is sometimes a tendency to think that certain innovations in the digital field cannot be protected by patent. There is thus a risk that important protection is excluded a priori, or that effective alternatives are not evaluated, with important repercussions on the commercial potential of new products or services.
The objective of this webinar is to inform, by means of basics and examples, which inventions in the digital field can be patented and which ones will have to adopt other protection mechanisms.
The webinar is aimed at company directors, R&D managers, managers, researchers, startuppers or entrepreneurs working in the ICT field or dealing with technological and digital applications.
