xFarm Technologies acquires Sibium Analytics

Lugano-based xFarm Technologies, which develops software and connected hardware for agriculture, has acquired 100% of Sibium Analytics, a Brazilian technology provider for the sugarcane industry. The deal was partly financed through a bridge round that included BlackRock, a direct investor in the company.
