AI in Business, without Improvising

Corsi SUPSI AGIRE

Three practical evening sessions to understand where to use AI, how to integrate it into business processes, and how to govern it effectively.

Artificial intelligence is already part of the business world. But there is a big difference between experimenting with a tool and creating real value for an organization.

Fondazione AGIRE and SUPSI-DTI Continuing Education are offering a series of three evening sessions for SMEs in Ticino, designed to address three practical questions:

Where does it make sense to use AI?
How can AI be turned into a business process?
How can it be managed responsibly and kept under control?

Each session combines essential concepts, real-world cases, and a hands-on workshop.

THE THREE SESSIONS

7 OCTOBER | AI CRASH TEST

How to get started with AI in your company—with a structured and informed approach.

Identify where AI can create value in your company, which use cases to prioritize, and which risks to assess before getting started.

You’ll leave with: an AI Crash Test Canvas, a checklist, and an initial risk map.

27 OCTOBER | FROM PROMPT TO PROCESS

Turning individual use of AI into organizational value.

Move from initial experiments with AI tools to a real use case embedded in a business process.

You’ll leave with: a Use Case Canvas applied to your own case and a method you can replicate within your company.

17 NOVEMBER | AI UNDER CONTROL

Data, responsibilities, rules, and AI governance.

Understand which legal and organizational aspects need to be addressed and how to set up simple controls for responsible AI use.

You’ll leave with: a practical checklist and a method for setting up essential AI governance.
